This paper appraisals state-of-the-art dielectric elastomer actuators (DEAs) and their forthcoming standpoints as soft which have freshly been considered a crucial power generation module for robots. DEs behave yielding capacitors, expanding in area attenuation thickness when voltage is applied. The initiates with the explanation of working principle grippers. Here operation DEAs include both physics mechanical properties its characteristics, we describe methods modelling introductory application. In inclusion, artificial muscle based on DEA concept also formally presented. elaborates popular application such as- Soft Robotics, Robotics grippers muscles.
